FAQs

When are Group Fitness classes and what does it cost?

Generations Group Fitness Classes are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10:00 AM and 4:30 PM. You are welcome to attend whichever class day/time best fits your schedule for only $99/month unlimited classes!

What if group fitness is not my jam?

No worries! Personal Training is also an option and scheduled with your Strength Coach. We will try our best to accommodate days/times that are convenient for you and also do not conflict with group fitness classes. Personal Training is $60/hour with discount options if multiple sessions/week are scheduled.

I think I’m too old to start?

It is NEVER too late to start taking back your health and find a movement program that helps you stay active and maintain/gain muscle as you age. Generations programming is scalable and customizable to meet your individual fitness needs and goals. So whether you have an athletic background or have never stepped foot in a gym space before, we got you!

What if I have a physical restriction?

Our coaching staff is highly trained to accommodate to any physical limitations you might have and will offer education and support no matter your fitness level or experience.

What do I wear and need to bring for class?

Please wear clothing and shoes that you can move easily and comfortably in. Bring a water bottle and a can-do attitude!

Can we talk about Nutrition too?

Yes! We are so glad you asked. We firmly believe in cultivating a lifestyle that allows for health and wellness to flourish. Our clients see and feel results much quicker when exercise and nutrition are both dialed in. Nutrition is such a vital factor in fueling the body properly for performance and also aiding in recovery. We would love to help guide you to building long-term healthy eating habits! Nutrition Coaching is by appointment only and $30/week.
