Monday - Friday: GRIND at 5:00 AM, 6:00 AM, 8:30 AM, & noon
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: Grind at 5:30 PM
Wednesday: RESTORE Yoga at 5:45 PM
Saturday: Kettelbell at 6:30 AM, Grind at 8:30 AM
